Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our global distribution network soon!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly to get them to you faster, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Please contact [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Product & Ingredients
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, 100%. Modern Derma has never and will never test on animals. We are Leaping Bunny certified.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our entire line is formulated without harsh sulfates, artificial fragrances, or essential oils specifically to protect and rebuild the skin barrier. However, we always recommend patch-testing new active ingredients.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products have a shelf life of 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6-12 months for maximum efficacy. You can find the specific ‘Period After Opening’ (PAO) jar symbol on the back of every bottle.
Provider Network
How do I become a wholesale provider?
Licensed estheticians, dermatologists, and med spa owners can apply through our Provider Portal. You will need to provide your license number and Tax ID/EIN.
What is the Care Analysis Platform?
It is our proprietary software given exclusively to our wholesale partners. It allows you to track client barrier health, generate custom regimens, and earn commission when your clients refill their products online.
