1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at modernderma.com, registering for a Consumer or Provider account, or utilizing the Care Analysis Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Consumer Accounts

When you create a consumer account to receive personalized skincare regimens, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your skin type, allergies, and concerns. Modern Derma is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from inaccurate medical or allergy information provided by the user.

2.2 Provider Accounts (Wholesale)

Licensed estheticians, dermatologists, and med spas may apply for a Provider Account.

• You must maintain a valid, active license in your state of operation.
• Wholesale products purchased through Modern Derma are for professional use or retail sale at your authorized physical or approved digital locations only.
• Reselling Modern Derma products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content on the Modern Derma website, including product descriptions, blog articles, and regimen recommendations, is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or severe skin reaction.

4. Care Analysis Platform

Providers granted access to our proprietary Care Analysis Platform agree to:

1. Use the platform solely for generating client regimens and tracking barrier health.
2. Protect their login credentials and not share access with unauthorized third parties.
3. Obtain proper consent from their clients before inputting client data into the platform.

Modern Derma retains all intellectual property rights to the software, algorithms, and design of the Care Analysis Platform.

5. Orders and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared publicly.
• Shipping: We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Modern Derma is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Returns: Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of purchase. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact support immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, product formulations, and software, is the property of Modern Derma Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
